Overview

The Faculty of Design and Multimedia aims to educate graduates in the fields of graphic design, multimedia, and fashion design. The study program at the Faculty of Design and Multimedia offers modern, high-quality education with the primary goal of preparing students for successful careers within a comprehensive educational, artistic, and research environment.

The curriculum is aligned with global standards in design education, ensuring that the academic goals of the program equip students with both knowledge and expertise across various design disciplines.

Design and multimedia are inherently complex and dynamic fields, characterized by creative and research-driven potential. The artistic style, creative initiatives, and ideas, along with the interdisciplinarity of design and multimedia, define contemporary creative communication. This necessitates a continual investment in research and education in this area. Design and multimedia, by their nature, involve artistic skills and knowledge, thus directly contributing to the enhancement of quality of life.

The Faculty of Design and Multimedia offers higher education through both first and second-cycle studies. The program follows a 4+1 model: the first cycle lasts 4 years and awards a minimum of 240 ECTS, while the second cycle lasts 1 year and awards 60 ECTS. The program is designed to ensure that students acquire both practical skills and theoretical knowledge, specializing in specific areas of design such as graphic design, multimedia, and fashion design.
