Klimentina Kovancalieva, a demonstrator at the Faculty of Informatics at AUE-FON University, participated as a panelist at the closing event of the CybHER project, organized by the British Council.
As a participant in the certification and mentorship programs, she shared her experience, emphasizing the importance of practical knowledge, mentorship support, and the development of leadership and communication skills.
Special emphasis was placed on the value of community and peer support as key factors for growth and motivation in the industry, further highlighting AUE-FON’s role in fostering such initiatives and supporting the development of young professionals.
