Practical training at Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office
The students of the Faculty of Law and Political Science, led by the Dean, Prof. Dr. Sejdefa Dzafče, had the opportunity to carry out practical training at one of the most reputable institutions in the judicial system of the Republic of North Macedonia, the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office.
The students gained valuable insight into the practical aspects of prosecuting perpetrators of criminal offenses through a presentation by the Head of the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office Skopje, Prosecutor Gabrile Bubevski.
The focus was placed on the competencies of prosecutors at all stages of criminal proceedings. Through practical examples, the specifics of the investigative procedure and investigative actions were examined, including the particularities of the indictment.
