Law in Practice – From Classroom to Courtroom
The knowledge gained in the field of law must be supported by high-quality practice. The Law Studies program at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences is strongly oriented toward practical and clinical teaching, enabling students to acquire applicable knowledge and skills.
In the 2025/2026 academic year, the teaching process is enriched by distinguished practitioners, including judges, lawyers, and human rights activists. In the field of civil law, Amir Abdulai, MSc, a judge at the Skopje Court of Appeal, led clinical sessions that introduced students to the practical aspects of civil, family, and inheritance law. Clinical teaching provides an exceptional opportunity for students to get closer to the daily realities of the legal profession.
