AUE-FON Partner in European Project for Young Trade Union Leaders

The American University of Europe – FON is an official partner in the European project Trade Union – New Voice for Louder Youth, which aims to create a new generation of young trade union leaders and equip them with the tools needed for active participation in building a fairer, more equal, and more sustainable society.
Young people are the drivers of change, yet many of them still lack the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to fully engage in these processes. As the project coordinator, the Trade Union of UPOZ, together with 11 partner organizations from the youth, trade union, education, and research sectors across 7 European countries, will work to bridge this gap.
Among the partner organizations is AUE–FON, represented by Prof. Dr. Zorica Siljanoska and Veronika Velkovska, who will contribute their expertise to the project’s research and educational components.
The project has a clear mission: to empower young trade union members to become active participants in decision-making, both within trade unions and in society as a whole.
