AUE-FON strengthens European scientific dialogue through participation in SiDnet.

Prof. Dr. Azemina Mašović from AUE-FON has been elected as a member of the Management Committee of the COST Action CA24169 – SiDnet (Science Diplomacy Network).
The COST Action SiDnet aims to advance the field of science diplomacy as a multidisciplinary area at the intersection of science, technology, and diplomacy, with the goal of addressing major global and geopolitical challenges. The Action establishes a network for interdisciplinary, cross-sectoral, and trans-European collaboration among researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders, also including economic aspects in the development of strategies and policies.
The opening meeting of the Action was held in Brussels, with representatives from 32 European countries participating.
The Action will last for four years, until October 2029. This represents another significant recognition and a new opportunity for strengthening international cooperation and the scientific-research activities of the institution.
