He was born in Tutin, Republic of Serbia, but from his early childhood, he has lived and worked in Skopje, where he completed his primary, secondary, and higher education. He completed his master's studies at the Institute of Kinesiotherapy in Sofia and his doctoral studies at the National Sports Academy, in the Department of Anatomy and Biomechanics, also in Sofia.
From a young age, he has been involved in sports, and his career has left a mark on the history of Macedonian sports. As a top athlete in karate, he was a representative of the former SFR Yugoslavia and served as its longtime captain. He was a multiple-time champion of Macedonia, the former SFR Yugoslavia, the Balkans, the Mediterranean, and Europe.
As a sports professional, he was a selector for SFR Yugoslavia and later for the independent Republic of Macedonia, with whose teams he won numerous high-level international accolades. Additionally, he served as the president of the Refereeing and Coaching Commission of the Karate Federation of Macedonia, as well as the longtime president of the Expert Council of the Karate Federation of Macedonia.
He is currently a coach and president of the "Vardar" Sports Center in Skopje. He is a member of the Assembly of the Olympic Committee of North Macedonia and the president of its Commission for Science and Sport.
On an international level, he holds the master rank of 7th Dan according to the standards of the World Shotokan Karate-Do Federation. He is a member of the Technical Committee of the World Shotokan Karate-Do Federation, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, and as an active international instructor, he conducts numerous seminars and professional consultations at various locations worldwide.
As a lecturer, he is engaged at two universities and three faculties in the Republic of Macedonia and the Republic of Serbia. Since 2009, he has been teaching at AUE FON at the Faculty of Detectives and Security in the subject "Special Security Training 1-6." In the Republic of Serbia, he has been teaching at the International University of Novi Pazar since 2010, where he is engaged at the Faculty of Legal Sciences, Department of Criminology, in the subject "Special Physical Education 1 and 2," as well as at the Faculty of Psychological-Pedagogical Sciences, in the subject "Methodology of Physical Education."
In his scientific research work, he has carried out several significant projects in the field of sports. He has participated with his scientific papers in numerous international congresses and is the author of a series of scientific papers published in various international journals.
