Short narrative bio

I graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Skopje at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius” on January 13, 2005, which gave me the title of graduate economist in the field of management. At the postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje, I enrolled in the field of management in the academic year 2005/2006, where I passed the planned exams with an average grade of 9.22. I received my master's degree on November 10, 2009, at the department of Management. In October 2011, I submitted my doctoral dissertation "The role and importance of the process of managing employee performance to increase the development potential of organizations." I received my PhD on December 18, 2013 and received the title of Doctor of Economics. I have been working at the First Private University FON since December 2003. In 2005 I was elected as a junior assistant and in 2010 as an assistant in a group of economics and management courses. In February 2014, I was elected as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Economics at FON University in Skopje in a group of subjects in the field of management. In November 2018, I was elected as an associate professor at the Faculty of Economics at FON University in Skopje, in the scientific field of business management and performance management. I am accredited as a mentor of master's theses and I am a mentor in the preparation of several graduate, specialist and master's theses, president and member of commissions for evaluation and defense of the same. I am also actively involved in several expert commissions at the Faculty of Economics. I am the chairman of the self-evaluation commission. I have participated in scientific-research and
