Program Learning Outcomes

Graphic Design studies

At the Graphic Design studies, graphic designers are educated as authors of graphic products and communications. Students are trained for creative work in designing graphic products taught in similar or related programs worldwide. The studies provide knowledge and skills needed for creating and practically implementing graphic and pictorial presentations to visually communicate a given message. Students study design and visual communication through contemporary trends and modern methods for knowledge exchange. Students of graphic design learn to develop concepts and design solutions for visual graphic solutions intended for print or electronic use.

Multimedia studies

In the area of Multimedia, designers are educated to create systems of visual and audio media and communications. These designers, with the acquired knowledge and skills, are capable of designing, defining messages, and ensuring communications across a wide spectrum of media. In this sense, students study digital video and editing, audio, animation, and more. During the studies, students acquire specific knowledge and skills needed to use text, images, video and sound through selected media for communication, cultural, educational, and other functions. The studies are aligned with new demands regarding modern systems and forms of communication. Multimedia is a new field of design that is developing and gaining significant dimensions in the communication system worldwide. Therefore, there is a good perspective for the employment of designers of this profile everywhere in the world.

Fashion Design studies

At the studies of Fashion Design are educated the creators of some of the most attractive types of products – fashion products. These designers are extremely important for the industry, small businesses, the market, as well as the overall economy and society. Thanks to fashion design, the functionality, aesthetics, and ergonomics of clothing items have reached a high level, making fashion one of the most attractive areas of design. Students in the area of fashion design develop an understanding of design with an emphasis on fashion design and the textile industry, fashion accessories, and current trends in fashion. They learn to develop concepts and design solutions for fashion collections, their practical implementation, and presentation. The study program is structured to enable students to design new fashion that has significant economic, sociological, aesthetic, and psychological impacts on people.
